Ingredients of Potaje de vigilia with thermomix
250 grams of desalted and crumbled cod
300 grams of chickpeas,cooked and drained
250 grams of fresh or frozen spinach
100 grams of extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
700 grams of water
2 onions
2 clove of garlic
1 bay leaf
2 hard boiled eggs
Preparation of Vigil Potaje with thermomix
Place the garlic cloves and the onion to be crushed in the Thermomix bowl,program.

With the help of the spatula,lower the rest of the garlic and onion adhering to the walls of the Thermomix bowl,then add a little extra virgin olive oil and program.

Then add the tablespoon of sweet paprika and program.

Then,add 4 tablespoons of drained chickpeas and only two tablespoons of water,program.

Add the rest of the water,the bay leaf and the spinach(if they are frozen,thaw them previously)program.
Once ready,pour the preparation into a tureen,cut the hard-boiled eggs into slices or quarters and add them to the preparation,mix with a spoon and serve.
