3 medium sweet potatoes
5 large carrots
1 small onion
3 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 ½ liters of chicken or vegetable broth
50 grams of olive oil
Preparation of Thermomix sweet potato and carrot cream
To start preparing this wonderful Thermomix Sweet Potato and Carrot Cream, wash the carrots and sweet potatoes well.
Then, once the sweet potatoes and carrots are cleaned, remove the skins and cut them into cubes, as well as the onion. Add all the vegetables in the thermomix glass, as well as the garlic. Pour a splash of olive oil and program.
10 minutes / Varoma temperature / Speed 1.
