- 300 grams of smoked trout
- a greek yogurt
- 40 grams of mustard
- half a teaspoon of sugar
- a teaspoon of lemon juice
- a pinch of black pepper
- a few branches of dill

- The first thing we are going to do is put half of the smoked trout (150 grams) in our Thermomix bowl and we are going to chop it

- remove and reserve in a bowl
- We put the other 150 G of smoked trout in our Thermomix bowl together with the yogurt, sugar, lemon juice and mustard and program
- 5 seconds / speed 5
- We lower the ingredients that were stuck to the sides of our Thermomix bowl with the spatula and mix everything again
- 20 seconds / speed 4
- we add the smoked trout that we had reserved in a bowl together with the pepper and the dill and we mix everything again
