We have already made a few jams and all are done in a similar way, but we lacked a classic and that is the one I like the most.
We had made orange, apricot, tomato … but we had not put the recipe for strawberry jam, unforgivable.

We store it in jars that we have sterilized previously (as we have explained in other occasions), leaving 1 cm of the jar unfilled, once filled we cover them and turn them over until they are cold, once cold we will keep them in the refrigerator.
