6 eggs
400 grams of water
10 grams of olive oil
½ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
½ teaspoon sweet or hot paprika
Preparation of steamed eggs with thermomix
The first thing to keep in mind to make perfect steamed eggs is to heat the water beforehand. To do this, pour the water into the glass of the thermomix and program.
5 minutes / Temperature 100° / Speed 1.
While the water is heating, take some pieces of baking paper and place them inside the Varoma tray so that the tray is covered 1 or 2 cm from the walls, to prevent the egg from sneaking through the base of the Varoma.
Then lightly grease the paper with a little olive oil and spread with the help of a brush.
Carefully crack or break the shell of the eggs one by one on the Varoma paper, being careful not to spoil the yolk, sprinkle salt and pepper.
Immediately, place the Varoma tray in its position and program.

Repeat this procedure with each egg. You can add varoma to the tray two at a time if you prefer.
