120 grams of smoked salmon cut into four pieces
700 grams of fish stock
1 fish bouillon cube
200 grams of light cream
7 fresh mushrooms
1 ½ package of puff pastry
50 grams of butter
50 grams of olive oil
4 stalks of leeks
3 carrots
1 clove garlic
½ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

To begin the preparation of this wonderful Smoked Cream with thermomix, pour the butter into the Thermomix bowl together with the oil, the leek stems (only the white part), the sliced carrots, the garlic and the mushrooms ( clean and cut into pieces), program,
