Breton plum cake ingredients with thermomix
- 80 grams butter
- 150 grams prunes
- 3 eggs
- 100 grams brown sugar
- 125 grams flour
- 500 grams whole milk
Preparation of Breton plum cake with thermomix
- Preheat the oven to 180º.
- Put the butter and milk in our Thermomix bowl and heat
- *4 minutes / 50ººC / speed 1 *
- until butter melts.
- Add the flour, eggs and sugar and mix
- 1 minute / speed 4
- Put the dough in a buttered mold and add the prunes and put in the oven
- 180º / 30 minutes
- when it has risen and is golden, our Breton cake will be ready
