Ingredients
120 grams of cooked and peeled prawns.
120 grams of natural tuna (drained) or pickled tuna (drained).
12 crab sticks.
130 grams of milk.
120 grams of cooking cream.
100 grams of mayonnaise.
3 eggs.
1 pinch of salt.
1 pinch of ground pepper.
1 hard-boiled egg (to decorate, optional).
4-5 strips of piquillo pepper (to decorate, optional).
Preparation
We begin by placing the crab sticks in the Thermomix bowl to chop them, program.
5 seconds / Speed 5.
Pour the already crushed crab sticks into a bowl and set aside.
Likewise, without washing the glass of the thermomix, add the prawns (clean and without the shells) together with the tuna, the milk, the cream and half of the crab sticks that we had reserved. Also, add 3 eggs, salt and pepper. Schedule.
8 minutes / Temperature 90° / Speed 5.
While the seafood is cooking, take a plumcake mold of approximately one liter capacity, place plastic wrap inside and cover the entire bottom, leaving a little on the sides to line the pudding well when refrigerated.
Once the mixture has finished cooking, pour the rest of the crab sticks into the preparation and mix with the help of the spatula.
Pour the mixture into the plumcake mold already lined with plastic wrap, and completely cover the pudding, including the entire surface.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours so that the consistency is ideal.
Once the pudding is ready, remove it from the mold, cover it with mayonnaise, as if you were decorating a cake, and decorate with a sliced hard-boiled egg and a few strips of pepper. At this point you can also splurge on your imagination and decorating talents.
