310 grams of Maria type cookies
8 gelatin sheets
87 grams of butter
282 grams of condensed milk

When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:

progressive speed 5-10 / 20 seconds.
Scoop out four tablespoons of those cookies and set them aside. Leave the rest in the glass to then add the butter. Program a
speed 2 ½ / 50º / 2 minutes.
Pour the contents of the glass into a cake tin, spread it out well and store it in the fridge.
Put the gelatin sheets in water and proceed to hydrate it following the instructions indicated on its packaging. Then, when they are ready, reserve them.
Pour the two types of milk and cream into the robot’s glass. Program a

Afterwards, put the robot back to work
speed 3 / 90º / 12 minutes.
Reprogram to

In the previous step, add the gelatin through the mouth once it is drained.
Take the mold out of the fridge and pour the contents of the glass into it. Let it spread well and put it back in the fridge for about five hours.
The only thing left to do is serve the cake, but not before sprinkling the cinnamon over it mixed with the four reserved tablespoons of cookies that you had.
