Ingredients
6 small or 4 medium sardines
2 cups of coarse salt and a little more
1 lemon cut into slices
1000 grams of water
Preparation
Pour the water into the Thermomix bowl and program to heat.
7 minutes / Varoma temperature / Speed 1.
You are going to use the varoma container for cooking, pour a bed of salt into it at the bottom.
Then, place the clean sardines on the bed of salt, place between each sardine a slice of lemon and cover well with another handful of salt, which is just covered.
Once the water is hot, place the varoma in position and program.
15 minutes / Varoma temperature / Speed 1.
When the cooking time is over, carefully remove the sardines, taking care to remove any excess salt, and place them on a plate or serving platter.
