Macaroni with meat and vegetables in Thermomix
Optional: touch of fresh basil, a splash of white wine in the sauce or stronger cheese such as cured or old gouda.
Subsistence allowance: use gluten-free pasta, plant-based meat or vegan cheese if you need to.
Substitutions: red pepper for green, zucchini for mushroom, mozzarella for emmental.
– Your Thermomix (TM5, TM6 or TM31 work perfectly).
– An oven-safe tray for the final gratin.
– An extra grater if you don’t want to use the Thermomix for the cheese (but it’s not necessary).

Spend only 5-7 minutes preparing the basics: wash the vegetables, cut the onion and pepper into large pieces, peel the garlic, weigh the crushed tomato and have the macaroni ready.
