Ingredients
- The first thing will be to gather in the kitchen the necessary products to
- prepare it: 250 grams of mayonnaise.
- 2 eggs
- 70 grams of roasted red pepper and strips.
- 100 grams of peas.
- 3 cans of tuna in olive oil.
- 3 or 4 potatoes.
- 50 grams of olives.
- Salt to taste.
Instructions
- Once you have gathered all those ingredients, put on your apron and prepare to
- make an exquisite salad:
- Place the potatoes in the Varoma of the robot.
- Then pour half a liter of water into the glass and, on the other hand, place the
- eggs in the basket and put it in the said glass.
- You must program the Thermomix, with its Varoma, basket and glass, at speed 1
- for about 25 minutes.
- Then remove the basket and peel the eggs.
- Do the same with the Varoma, remove it and proceed to peel the potatoes.
- Next, pour the eggs, potatoes and olives into the glass, which you have
- previously cleaned, and set the robot to 10 seconds / speed 4 / turn left.
- Then, pour the ingredients from the glass into a bowl and proceed to add the
- rest of the ingredients. Remember that before adding the tuna you must have
- removed the broth that it has.
- What will be left will be mixing them well as well as plating and decorating the
- salad, we love it in a round mold, with some peeled prawns on top of our Russian
- salad.
