Romanescu and roquefort cake with Thermomix

Preparation

8. With the help of a spatula, lower the remains of the walls and add the eggs, salt, cream, pepper and chives. Program a
9. speed 4/30 seconds.
10. Distribute the romanescu over the puff pastry and also the cheese. Then add the contents of the glass to them.
11. Put the mold in the oven, previously preheated, and keep it there for about 35 minutes at 180º.
