Ingredients of Rice with lobster with thermomix
a good lobster
250 grams of rice
250 grams of rice prawns
100 grams of crushed tomato
One liter of seafood broth
a medium onion
1 green pepper and 1 red pepper
4 cloves of garlic
A tablespoon of sweet paprika
Salt
virgin olive oil
Preparation of Rice with lobster with thermomix
We will prepare the prawns already clean without skin or head and washed with cold water
We start by chopping the lobster,we cut the head in two and the body in slices.
Peel the onion,garlic and tomatoes,and the peppers and add them to the Thermomix bowl,(we can use crushed tomato)
chop:program 5 seconds at speed 5 and set aside
We clean the glass well.
We put the peeled prawns in our Thermomix bowl,a splash of virgin olive oil and the chopped lobster.
We program this time at spoon speed,turning to the left and varoma temperature,for a quarter of an hour.
We add to the glass the vegetables that we had reserved before and we return to program
spoon speed,turn to the left and varoma temperature,but this time 7-8 minutes.
When you have two minutes left for this program,add the sweet paprika and let this program finish.
We pour the seafood broth(if possible hot or warm)
We put the Thermomix at 100ºC,with left turn and spoon speed,for about 10-12 minutes.
Finally we put the rice in the glass,(bomb rice is the best one)
we keep the same schedule for about 15 minutes this time.
