Vanilla mousse ingredients and quick strawberry with Thermomix

100 grams Cream cheese (Philadelphia)
70 grams of powdered sugar
300 grams of cream
150 grams of vanilla ice cream
200 grams of strawberries

Quick preparation of vanilla and strawberry mousse with Thermomix

The first thing we are going to do is convert our sugar into icing sugar for which we put the sugar in our Thermomix bowl and program
10 seconds / speed 10
we take out and reserve
Then, without washing our glass, we are going to beat the Philadelphia cheese for which we put it in our Thermomix bowl and program
20 seconds / speed 3
We take out and reserve
then we are going to whip the cream for which we have to have, as always, both the cream and our glass of Thermomix as cold as possible (I usually put the glass in the refrigerator one hour before making the recipe)
we put the cream inside our glass, we put the butterfly and we program

(until we see the engine sound change)
It is ready we add the icing sugar that we had reserved and mix well

We’re going to add the whipped Philadelphia cheese that we had and mix it all up again.

Now we add the vanilla ice cream and mix all the content again
