Grandpa’s cake preparation

1. we put a rectangular mold with baking paper on top of one (20-22 cm x 16)
2. The first thing we will do is melt the chocolate in a bain-marie
3. so we put a little water in a saucepan and put it on the fire
4. while in a bowl we put the white chocolate in small pieces
5. we put the bowl on top of the pan when the water is boiling, without the bowl touching the water, so that the steam heats the bowl and melts the white chocolate and we stir until it is melted
6. once we have the melted white chocolate and without removing it from the top of the pan, turn off the heat and add the sugar and stir
7. Take the bowl out of the pan and let it cool.
8. In another bowl, we put the cream cheese and we also stir it until it is like a cream, when we have it, we put the white chocolate from the bowl on top and we mix everything again
9. We are going to assemble the cake, for this we prepare a bowl with a little milk, where we will wet the cookies before putting them in our cake mold
10. the first layer that we will put in our cake mold with the baking paper will be to put a layer of white chocolate with the cheese, helping us with the spoon we put a homogeneous layer
11. on top we can a layer of biscuits previously well soaked in milk
12. then we put another layer of white chocolate with cheese on top and another layer of cookies more
13. then we put a large plate and turn the cake over as if it were an omelette and remove the baking paper
14. We will only have to decorate the grandfather’s cake
