2. We are going to leave the prawns marinated in soy and olive oil, resting for 30 minutes.
3. After this time, we are going to assemble the skewers, alternately skewer the prawns and pineapple until the skewer is full, we use ones the size of the fryer basket and three prawns and three portions of pineapple fit on each skewer.
4. For this prawn skewer we are going to prepare a minced garlic and parsley, two cloves of very minced garlic, fresh parsley, we also chop it, and a little extra virgin olive oil, all in a mortar and crush, we add it to the skewer when plating.
5. And now we prepare the chicken and apple.

We use a whole breast, which we are going to cut into cubes/squares, with the pieces of breast already cut, we are going to transfer them to a container and make them a small marinade, which will consist of salt, sweet paprika, granulated garlic, Provencal herbs and olive oil. extra virgin olive oil, with everything, we mix it very well and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
7. And the apple will be cut into pieces similar in size to the chicken, leaving the skin on.
8. We will only have to assemble the skewers, so that we all know, we puncture the ingredients alternating one and the other.
9. And we take them to the air fryer, we are going to use the same time and temperature for both options
