Start by peeling the prawns and reserve the bodies and heads. Salt them slightly and let them rest for a few minutes.
Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces for the salad. Place them in the Varoma container, making sure that the butterfly is in a horizontal position to allow the circulation of the steam. Season the potatoes to taste, cover the Varoma container and reserve.
Brown the prawns in a pan with a little oil until they are well toasted. and Reserve.
Add the heads and bodies of the reserved prawns to the Thermomix glass. Add the quartered onion, the fish stock cube and 1 liter of water.
