Pumpkin cream ingredients with Thermomix

  • 1 kg pumpkin, peeled and cut into large pieces
  • 1 onion peeled and cut into pieces
  • 2 peeled garlic cloves
  • 1 leek cleaned and cut into pieces
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 750 ml of vegetable broth
  • 200 ml of liquid cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation of pumpkin cream with Thermomix

  1. Place the onion, garlic and leek in the Thermomix glass and program
  2. 5 seconds / speed 5
  3. Add the butter and program
  4. 5 minutes / varoma temperature / speed 1
  5. Add the pumpkin pieces and the vegetable broth. Program
  6. 20 minutes / varoma temperature / speed 1
  7. When the pumpkin is soft, add the liquid cream and program
  8. 1 minute / progressive speed 5-10
  9. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy your pumpkin cream in Thermomix.
