4 pork chops
150 grams of sliced fresh mushrooms
120 grams of butter
110 grams of dry Marsala wine
20 grams of sherry vinegar
15 grams of sunflower oil
3 shallots
3 garlic cloves
3 sprigs of fresh thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground pepper
Preparation of pork chops with mushroom sauce
Arrange the ingredients ordered, measured and separated to begin the preparation.
