4 egg yolks
75 grams of sugar(preferably invert sugar or divided 50 grams of sugar+25 grams of invert sugar)
300ml whole milk
350ml cream

We start by placing the egg yolks,the milk and the 50 grams of sugar in the Thermomix bowl

Add all the preparation in a container suitable for freezing.Cover well and freeze for at least one hour,you should check the ice cream mixture to verify its freezing process.

Once the mixture is frozen again,incorporate it again in a container suitable for freezing for long periods of time.Do not worry if the color of the preparation is not green as we are used to seeing in a commercial brand,but its flavor is real and delicious.
Freeze this time for a minimum of 3 hours,I recommend overnight to improve the texture.
