Another of those very typical recipes that in almost all houses have been a classic and that can be used as a unique dish because we take vegetables for the peppers and meat

Ingredients
- Stuffing Ingredients
- 500 grs of minced meat
- 1 shallot
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 piquillo peppers
- 30 grams of olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground black primer
- Ingredients for the sauce
- 450 ml Evaporated milk
- 3 piquillo peppers
- a teaspoon of cornstarch
- Emmental cheese
- mozzarella cheese gratin
Instructions
- The first thing we'll do is place the Shallot, the garlic cloves and the olive oil and chop it all. For this we programmed Speed 6 / 10 seconds
- Once chopped and finished we will proceed to cook it for which we programmed 5 minutes / spoon speed
- Afterwards we put the minced meat in our thermomix glass and we reprogram 5 minutes / speed 3 / temperature 100°C
- Take out the meat and reserve it in a bowl with the Shallot and garlic. Prepare the sauce from the peppers, place the evaporated milk, the teaspoon of cornstarch and the piquillo peppers in our thermomix glass and set the speed to 8/15 seconds.
- After this time, program 6 minutes / speed 3 / temperature of the rod
- We preheat the oven to 180°.
- In a clay pot we will put some of the sauce at the bottom and we will put the piquillo peppers stuffed with the meat, we will pour the rest of the sauce over it and finally we will put the mozzarella and emmental cheese and we will grill it
This recipe has minced meat and we will have the dish ready to serve
