But since I can’t live without my coffee, I usually prepare a good frapuccino and kill two birds with one stone. Here I leave you to do it in less than three minutes

Ingredients
- 100 grams of sugar
- 300 grams of ice
- 500 grams of milk
- half a cup of decaffeinated soluble coffee
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
Instructions
- We put the sugar in our thermomix glass and spray 15 seconds / speed 8-10
- We add the coffee, the cocoa, the milk and finally the ice and we program 20 seconds / speed 5
- We put in a tall glass and our frapuccino is ready
Notes
And if you have a sweet tooth, you can put whipped cream and a little cocoa on top, as they do in specialized establishments
