- To begin the preparation of this delicious Pear and Cheese Tart with thermomix, you must make the base mixture, to do this pour the flour into the Thermomix bowl together with the cold butter cut into pieces, the water also cold and salt and program.
- 20 seconds / Speed 5.
- Once the dough for the base of the cake is ready, shape it into a ball on the work surface, wrap it in transparent plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Then preheat the oven to 200°C.
- To advance, grease a rectangular springform pan of approx. 12×35 cm with butter and reserve.
- After the rest time of the dough, stretch it with the roller on the lightly floured work surface, stretch to form a rectangle (approx. 40×18 cm).

- Then, place them in the prepared mold on top of the brie cheese, putting them in the opposite direction each time.
- Sprinkle with pepper and place the thyme on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 200°C or until the pastry is golden brown.
- Let the cake cool.
