To make this quiche you need to gather the following products:

320 grams of zucchini.
250 grams of flour.
120 grams of bacon.
125 grams of Parmesan.
100 grams of grated Gruyère cheese.
70 grams of olive oil.
3 eggs.
Half pepper.
Salt, basil and pepper to taste.
1 sachet of yeast.
10 centiliters of milk.

Preparation of parmesan quiche with Thermomix

When you have all those ingredients, follow these steps:
Add the Parmesan to the glass and program to
speed 10 / 10 seconds.
Reserve it, then add the courgette and pepper. program to
speed 5 / 5 seconds.
Then, pour about 10 grams of oil into the glass and program at
spoon speed / reverse turn / varoma temperature / 8 minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients, even what you have reserved, and start the robot at
speed 5 / 35 seconds.
