Ingredients

  • 20 oreo cookies
  • 4 eggs L
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 1 liter milk
  • 60 grams corn flour (cornstarch)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 dessert teaspoon of liquid vanilla

Preparation

  1. We start our recipe by crushing 4 cookies
  2. 10 seconds / speed 8
  3. We take out a bowl and reserve
  4. we chop the other 16 cookies
  5. 4 seconds / speed 4 (for large chunks)
  6. we reserve in a different bowl
  7. Without washing our Thermomix bowl, we put the corn flour, the cinnamon, the milk, the eggs and the sugar and we program
  8. 20 seconds / speed 5
  9. we place the butterfly on the blades and program again
  10. 14 minutes / 90ºC / speed 2
  11. add the vanilla and program
  12. 1 minute / speed 2
  13. Add the cookies in large pieces that we had reserved and mix with the spatula
  14. We put the custard in the containers and sprinkle with the powdered cookies that we had reserved
  15. We cover with plastic wrap and put them in the refrigerator (they last 48-72 hours)
