8 cooked octopus tentacles
150 grams of soy sauce
150 grams of oil
10 leaves of lettuce or arugula
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 apple
1 onion

Preparation of octopus tartar with thermomix
We begin the preparation by chopping the octopus tentacles very well, to do this, pour the octopus tentacles into the Thermomix bowl and program.

Check that the octopus tentacles are finely chopped. Remove from the Thermomix bowl and reserve for a few minutes.
Back in the glass of the thermomix, clean and dry, pour the onion together with the peppers and the seedless apple, all cut into pieces and program.
