Ingredients of nougat panna cotta with Thermomix
125 grams Nougat from Jijona cut into pieces
3 sheets Gelatin
250 grams of cold water (to hydrate the gelatin)
50 grams sugar
350 grams cream
To decorate:
cocoa powder
Sliced or crushed almonds (optional)
Small pieces of jijona nougat (optional)
Preparation of nougat Panna cotta with Thermomix
To start, place the gelatin in a bowl with cold water to hydrate the gelatin.
Then, in the Thermomix bowl, crush the jijona nougat, program.
15 seconds / Speed 5
Next, add the cream and sugar to the crushed nougat, program.
5 minutes / Temperature 90° / Speed 5
While the jijona nougat, cream and sugar are mixed, drain the gelatin in a fine strainer.
Add the gelatin to the mixture, program.

If you prefer, pour the mixture into individual molds that are easy to unmold later.
Let cool before putting them in the refrigerator.
Refrigerate for a minimum of two hours. When this time has passed or you see that the panna cotta is curdled, unmold and serve.
