- 2 lemons
- 100 grams of sugar
- 500 ml of semi-frozen liquid cream
Preparation of lemon foam with thermomix
- to start our recipe we put the lemons cut into pieces (no need to peel, we put them with skin and everything) and the sugar and grind
- 2 minutes / progressive speed 7-8-9
- we take out and reserve
