Ingredients of Mussels in Sauce with GM pot
1 kg of mussels
150 grams of tomato
150 grams of white wine
125 grams of onion
a bay leaf
a garlic
half a teaspoon of paprika
virgin olive oil

Preparation of Mussels in Sauce with GM pot
The first thing we will do is clean our mussels well, and once they are clean, we will put them inside our bucket and program

with the valve closed and with the lid closed
then depressurize and remove and reserve the mussels with the juice they have released
We dry the bucket well, so that the mussels do not remain liquid and once dry we put a jet of olive oil and program

When it has reached the temperature, add the onion, the minced garlic and a pinch of salt.

and when we only have four minutes left we add the wine, the pepper, the paprika and the bay leaf and leave it open so that the wine evaporates
