Carrot cake ingredients with GM pot

  • 400 grams of carrots
  • 200 grams of sunflower oil
  • 250 grams of pastry flour
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 10 strips of orange peel (only the orange part)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 2 level teaspoons of chemical yeast powder
  • 1 1/2 cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Preparation of carrot cake with GM pot

  1. The first thing we are going to do is powder the sugar and the orange peel
  2. then we will add the carrots in pieces and grind
  3. we add the eggs the sunflower oil and we are going to mix all the ingredients perfectly
  4. We incorporate the yeast and cinnamon into the dough, the nutmeg, the bicarbonate and finally the flour and mix everything very well until all the ingredients are perfectly united.
  5. we put the silicone mat together with the glass paper at the bottom of the pot and put all the mixture and program
  6. * oven menu / 60 minutes / 120 °C / valve open *
  7. once finished we cancel the menu program and open the pot and put the oven head
  8. 5 minutes / 200°C
  9. We unmold and put it to cool, then it will be ready to consume
