400 g of minced meat
80 g of breadcrumbs (fresh)
2 Eggs
1 clove garlic
4 tablespoons Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (grated)
100 ml of milk
300 ml of Light Beer
1 onion
1 Carrot
1 Celery
Pepper

Preparation of Meatballs with beer with Thermomix
Prepare the meatballs:
Mix the minced meat with the breadcrumbs, the grated cheese, the milk, the minced garlic, the minced parsley, the eggs and the salt in our thermomix.
Knead for 30 seconds at speed 3
Form some meatballs and roll them in flour. Put them aside.
Now prepare the rest:
Wash the celery, peel the carrot and onion. Cut the vegetables into small cubes.
