1 kg of potatoes (small or medium size)
2 liters of water
100 grams of whole milk
50 grams of butter

Preparation of mashed potatoes with thermomix
The first thing to do is clean the potatoes very well. You must cook the potatoes whole, without peeling them to prevent them from absorbing the water during cooking, as this will prevent the desired texture from being obtained.
Try as far as possible that they are all the same size, since the cooking time of a large potato will be different from that of a small potato, the larger potatoes will be somewhat raw or the small ones too cooked.
Now, in the glass of the thermomix place the potatoes, water and salt to taste, program.

To check that the potatoes are cooked and puncture them with a knife, it must be inserted without any problem, since if it offers a little resistance it would still be cooking.
