Ingredients for bean and veal puree for babies with Thermomix

60 grams of lean beef
half tomato
a handful of peas
5 green beans
2 carrots
1 small potato
extra virgin olive oil

Preparation of mashed beans and veal for babies with Thermomix

The first thing we are going to do is peel and wash the vegetables perfectly and cut them into pieces, then we put them in our Thermomix bowl and program

add the oil and reprogram
8 minutes / 100 °C / speed 1
we add the beans, the peas and the meat and fry everything a little for it we program
3 minutes / 100 °C / speed 1
add the water and program
30 minutes / 100 °C / speed 1
once the time has passed we are going to shred everything perfectly well so that our baby does not find any pieces at all, for this we start by programming
1 minute / speed 6
then we reprogram
4 minutes / progressive speed 8-10
We verify that everything has been perfectly past and without any type of lump or piece, if so, we would repeat the last point, passing it at speed 10 for a few minutes
