250 grams of lentils
800 grams of water
60 grams of extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 bell pepper (green or red or half of one and half of the other)
2 cloves of garlic
1 onion
2 carrots
2 medium potatoes
1 bay leaf

Before cooking lentils, you should put them to soak for a reasonable time, at least 2 hours.
Once soaked, drain and wash very well.
Place the onion cut into pieces and the garlic cloves to be crushed in the Thermomix bowl, program.

With the help of the spatula, lower the remains of onion and garlic that have remained on the walls of the Thermomix bowl, add olive oil to make the sauce, program.
