Zucchini puree ingredients with thermomix

  • 2 large zucchini
  • 2 leeks
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 50 ml of white wine.
  • 350 ml of chicken or vegetable broth.
  • 40 ml of olive oil.

  15. once we have finished we only need to shred everything depending on what is past or not past that we like, we will give it a little more time or less, I usually put
