Ingredients of beet and potato salad with Thermomix

410 grams of fresh beetroot, without leaves, with skin and chopped
410 grams of chopped potatoes
1.5 liters of water
160 grams of mayonnaise
Salt to taste
13 ice cubes
4 eggs

Preparation of beet and potato salad with Thermomix

When you already have all these ingredients in the kitchen, follow the steps that we indicate:
Pour the water into the robot’s cup and program
speed 1 / 100º / 15 minutes.
Put the beetroot in the basket and add salt to the water. program to
speed 1 / 100º / 30 minutes.
Put the potatoes and eggs in the Varoma and this, covered, in the Thermomix. Start the robot at
speed 1 / Varoma temperature / 20 minutes.
Remove the Varoma and then remove the basket. This put it in a bowl with ice and cold water.
