Ingredients

1 bottle of cava, brut nature
1 cup of grenadine
1/2 glass of brandy
1/2 cup of cointreau
1 orange
1 lemon
60 grams of sugar
66 cl lemonade (2 cans lemon, better schwepps or KAS)
33 cl. orangeade (1 can orange, better schwepps or KAS)
Red berries (to decorate)
Ice cubes

Preparation

To start, we peel the orange and the lemon, removing the white part and the seeds, since they are bitter, and we put them in our Thermomix bowl and program
10 seconds / speed 10
Add the cointreau, brandy, sugar and grenadine and mix
5 seconds / speed 4
Add the orangeade and lemonade and mix
10 seconds / speed 2.
We put the mixture in a large jug and add the bottle of cava and ice cubes and the red fruits
and our christmas sangria will be ready
