400 grams semi-frozen ideal milk
150 grams lemon juice
150 plain sugar
50 grams invert sugar
if we didn’t have and we can’t do it
200 grams sugar
Preparation of Lemon Ice Cream with Thermomix
We put the sugar in our Thermomix bowl and grind
40 seconds / progressive speed 6-8-10
We add the lemon peel and program
1 minute / progressive speed 6-8-10
We put the butterfly on our thermomix blades and add the ideal milk
speed 4 / no time (until doubled in volume)
When we see that it is twice the volume, through the jar we put 150 grams of lemon juice, and the inverted sugar (if we have not decided to make it whole with normal sugar)
