Ingredients
310 grams of rice, if possible pump
242 grams of rice vinegar
1 liter of water
82 grams of sugar
42 grams of salt
3 leaves of kombu seaweed
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
To prepare the dressing, add the rice vinegar, sugar and 42 grams of salt to the robot’s glass. Program a
speed 2 / 80º / 4 minutes.
Pour the contents of a glass into a container and store it in the refrigerator.
For the rice, add 1 liter of water to the glass and program at
speed 1 / Varoma temperature / 5 minutes.
Wash the rice. Put the Varoma in the robot and the rice in the Varoma tray, in which you will have placed greaseproof paper. Also add the seaweed and cover the Varoma. Program a
speed 2 / Varoma temperature / 20 minutes.
Remove the Varoma and let the rice rest for about 10 minutes.
Put the rice on a wooden surface and stir it carefully to cool it. While you move it, add the dressing you had reserved and you will have it ready to prepare the sushi.
