40 grams of sunflower oil
1000 grams of water

To begin the preparation of this wonderful recipe, have the ingredients properly separated and measured.
Chop the garlic cloves finely or crush them in a mortar, add them to the thermomix glass together with the sunflower oil, program.

On the other hand, pour the rice with the spices, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, turmeric and saffron into the thermomix basket, then add the garlic sauce over the rice.
