- 200 grams of rice
- 100 grams of octopus
- 100 grams of peeled prawns
- 100 grams of seafood
- 100 grams of clams
- 200 grams of tomato sauce
- 100 grams of onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 liter of fish stock
- 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
- Salt
- 70 grams of olive oil
Preparation
- We put the onion, garlic and carrot in our Thermomix bowl and chop
- 5 seconds / speed 4
- Add the tomato sauce and repeat
- 5 seconds / speed 4
- Add the olive oil and program
- 15 minutes / varoma temperature / left turn / spoon speed
- Add the paprika and program again
- 20 seconds / varoma temperature / left turn / spoon speed
- Add the liter of fish stock and salt
- 20 minutes / 100ºC / left turn / spoon speed
- Add the rice, the octopus, the peeled prawns and the monkfish and clams chosen.
- 13 minutes / 100ºC / left turn / spoon speed
