Gluten-free corn bread with thermomix
Gluten-free corn bread with thermomix
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 250 grams sugar
- 25 grams butter or margarine
- 50 grams sunflower oil
- 250 grams milk
- 200 grams corn flour
- 45 grams of cornstarch or fine corn flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in the mixing bowl in the order they appear and beat for 3 minutes / speed 5.
- Heat in oven at 200 degrees for a few minutes.
- Pour the mixture into the previously buttered baking tin and bake for about 40 minutes approximately.
- It depends a little on each oven.
- Leave to cool before serving
