100 grams of pitted black olives
75 grams of pitted green olives
4 anchovies in oil
50 grams of extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
1 cayenne
1.5 kilos crushed tomato
20 grams of sugar

we put the olives both black and green in our Thermomix bowl and add the anchovies, and proceed to chop everything
