Ingredients

310 grams of fusilli
500 grams of fresh and clean green asparagus
80 grams of unsalted pistachios
1,250 grams of water
50 grams of olive oil
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
250 grams of ice cubes

Preparation

When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
Pour about 250 grams of water into the robot’s glass and program at
speed 1 / 100º / 5 minutes.
Then, put the cleaned asparagus in the basket and this in the robot. Program a
speed 1 / Varoma temperature / 5 minutes.
In a container add the rest of the water and the cubes. And add the asparagus to that.
Remove the water from the glass and cook the fusilli in a pot.

speed 5/30 seconds.
