2 large green tomatoes
1 glass of corn flour
1/2 cup of flour
1 pinch of salt and black pepper
2 tablespoons of oregano
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon salt
olive oil to fry the tomatoes
For the remoulade sauce
4 large tablespoons of mayonnaise (preferably homemade)
3 tablespoons dijon mustard
1 pinch of Tabasco
2 teaspoons of ketchup
1/2 onion
1 celery
1 clove garlic
3 sprigs of parsley
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
Preparation of fried green tomatoes with Thermomix
We are going to start by preparing the remoulade sauce, a sauce of French origin that is always served with this fantastic dish.
Put the onion cut into pieces, the garlic, the parsley and the celery and chop

lower with the spatula the pieces stuck to the sides towards the blade
now we put the mayonnaise, mustard, tabasco, ketchup and sweet paprika and mix everything

remove and reserve in a bowl
In a plate, beat the egg and reserve
In another plate we put the corn flour, the normal flour, the oregano and the salt and pepper and mix everything with a fork
cut the green tomatoes into slices that are neither very thin nor excessively thick and place them on a kitchen paper to dry the water that the tomatoes make
and we dry them well on both sides
while we put a frying pan with plenty of oil to heat
When it is hot, we coat the tomatoes with the egg and our mixture and fry them, then when we take them out, we put them on blotting paper to remove the excess oil.
