Ingredients for fresh watermelon cake with thermomix
BASE
300 grams cookies
130 grams butter
green dye
MOUSSE
550 grams watermelon pulp, (strained), for this we will need about 650 grams of watermelon without skin or seeds
20 grams cornstarch
50ml milk
300 ml cream (to mount)
6 sheets neutral gelatin
50 grams sugar
chocolate drops
