Ingredients
200 grams of digestive biscuits
450 grams of fresh cheese
100 grams of cream
60g of butter
2 eggs
80 grams of powdered sugar
Preparation
Put the butter in our Thermomix bowl and heat it
3 minutes / 80ºC / speed 1
Add quickly, while the butter is hot, the cookies in pieces and program
20 seconds / speed 4
pour the crushed cookies into the mold that we are going to use and, being careful not to burn the butter, compress with your hand
Add the fresh cheese, cream, eggs, powdered sugar to our Thermomix bowl and mix
10 seconds / speed 5
Pour the mixture into the mold on top of the cookies
Bake in a hot oven for 30 minutes at 180°C then let cool before serving
