500 grams of emperor or swordfish
100 grams of beer
5 grams of capers
100 grams of butter
10 grams of extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon fresh tarragon
Salt

Preparation
To start the preparation of this great recipe for Emperor Skewers with beer with thermomix, you must have the emperor or sword fish fillets, clean, without skin or bones and cut into cubes of approximately 3cm thick.
Once you have the fish cubes cut, insert 2 or 3 cubes of the fish of your choice on a skewer. Repeat with each toothpick until the fish is used up.
