500 grams of strength flour.
50 grams of olive oil.
A pinch of salt.
15 grams of yeast of bakery.
220 grams of water.

Add the water, the oil and the yeast to the robot glass. Schedule it to
speed 2 and temperature 37º for 1 minute, approximately.
Then add the salt and also the flour. Program the Thermomix to
spike speed for 2 minutes to mix and knead all the ingredients well.
Next, pour the resulting dough into a bowl and let it rest for about an hour.
